Positive Outcomes is a private psychology group in Doncaster. Our team offers treatment for an extensive array of psychological problems from mid adolescence through to older age. We provide a warm and welcoming environment to support people seeking purpose, direction and meaning in their lives.

 

Many people experience difficulties related to change or loss in their lives, or at times may feel overwhelmed by life's many challenges.  Seeking support and therapy from a trained psychologist can be helpful. The aim of therapy is to assist people to manage difficulties, stress and relationships more effectively, and to grow in understanding themselves and others. 

 

Our therapeutic approaches are based on a strong foundation of research and have been found to be effective in alleviating problems while providing coping strategies to manage the distress. When people are distressed their relationships, parenting capacity, and family functioning can also be affected.  Psychological treatments can assist in resolving these difficulties and provide skills for managing when things are not working well.
