Sessions are approximately 50-60 minutes in duration.

How often do I need to attend?

The frequency of your appointments will depend on your particular needs, however most people will initially attend sessions weekly or fortnightly.

Some clients begin to see results after only a few sessions while others require assistance over a longer period. Your psychologist will discuss with you at the first session how regularly to attend and how many sessions may be required.

 What does treatment usually involve?

Psychologists at Positive Outcomes Healthgroup utilise evidence-based treatments. This means that the therapeutic tools we use are supported by clinical research and have been shown to have a significant impact in improving people's lives.
